Ueleret Warranty Regulations
1. The warranty period will come into effect from the date of purchase or delivery (if the delivery date is slightly later than the date of purchase), please keep your purchase invoice and relevant certificates as an important basis for warranty service.
2. Ueleret provides a one-year free repair service, and then in the normal use state according to the user manual, if the machine fails, please show the warranty card and purchase invoice for warranty. Warranty services are provided free of charge, except for insurance, postage, shipping and other miscellaneous charges.
3. Joint Yueguang products implement the relevant national three-guarantee regulations.
4. The following repairs during the warranty period will also be charged:
4.1 Failure to present a valid warranty card and purchase invoice (except that it can prove that the product is within the validity period of the three guarantees);
4.2 Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store the product in accordance with the requirements of the product instruction manual;
4.3 Damage caused by falling, water entry, improper storage, etc. after purchase;
4.4 Damage caused by repair, transformation, disassembly, cleaning, etc. at a non-United Lighting authorized maintenance point;
4.5 The warranty card does not record the purchase date, product name, product model, body number, user name address, telephone number or unauthorized alteration of the warranty card;
4.6 The product model or serial number recorded on the warranty card does not match the actual product;
4.7 Damage caused by the use of non-United Light Reading accessories or consumables (batteries, chargers, adapters, etc.);
4.8 Faults caused by external reasons such as natural disasters and other irresistible natural disasters, abnormal voltages, etc.;
5. The consumables and optional parts that come with this product (such as gimbal rainproof and dustproof cover, storage bag, low-camera shooting board, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
6. During the warranty period, the fuselage may not be repaired according to the specific situation, but replaced with the model specified by United Reading Light Co., Ltd. that is not lower than the performance of the original product
7. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, United Lighting will not compensate for incidental losses (including shooting costs and future earnings, etc.) caused by the failure of this product.
8. Please keep the warranty card properly. If the warranty card is lost, it will not be reissued.
When sending the product for repair, please pack it carefully and send it along with the warranty card, invoice and repair request. If you have not used this product for a long time and you need to take pictures, please refer to the instruction manual before using it.
